Kentucky forward Harris remains in hospital

LEXINGTON, Ky. (AP) -Kentucky forward Ramon Harris remained hospitalized after colliding with a teammate during the first half of Kentucky's victory over Lamar.

Tests came back normal, but Harris remains hospitalized for observation, team spokesman John Hayden said Thursday.

Harris and guard Michael Porter hit heads and fell to the floor Wednesday night. Harris tried to get up, then fell back to the ground. He was down several minutes before paramedics took him away on a stretcher.

Porter also had trouble getting up after the collision but was able to walk off the floor.

Harris was averaging 9.3 points and 3.2 rebounds this season for the Wildcats.
